Claire is the founder of Talent Match Recruitment Ltd and has been has been in recruitment since 1990 (too long!). Throughout her whole recruitment career, she has worked within Sales Management and the Electrical Wholesale & Manufacturing sectors. Claire has become known for her professional and ethical business style. This forms the basis of the Talent Match philosophy. Working closely with her team, together they have created an enviable company culture combining ethics and integration. In her spare time Claire enjoys spending time with her family on the boat and walking in the Dales.
As a leader of a recruitment team Leanne’s role requires her to have a deep knowledge of the company processes and the industry. Leanne always strives to push her team in providing the very best service to all. After graduating in Human Resources, Leanne found her real passion in recruitment. When she’s not at work she occupies herself exploring the Yorkshire Dales and camping! When Leanne is not sleeping in the wild she likes to attend various Festivals throughout the year.
Heading up a recruitment team has been the highlight of Emilie’s career in recruitment, she believes it is her passion and genuine love for the job that she owes to her success to. In her spare time Emilie enjoys going to the gym, paintballing and in July 2018 summited Mont Blanc. When she isn’t working out or climbing a mountain, Emilie can be found in her studio or attending a music gig.
Megan takes pride in her work and thoroughly enjoys working for the Talent Match team. As head of admin it’s her job to keep the troops in check (which is not an easy task!). Megan is passionate about dogs and spends most of the summer at dog shows, showing her Tibetan Mastiffs. When she is not at dog shows Megan is often found searching for her next holiday, as she loves travelling and seeing the world.
